服務條款
（一）本活動由主辦，活動參加者必須遵守主辦單位公佈之本活動辦法、相關活動規則及注意事項，如有違反視同棄權，主辦單位並得取消其活動紀錄。
（二）用戶參加活動即視為同意若因用戶網路狀況、裝置差異、手機設定、移轉帳號或其他變更等不可預測之因素導致活動無法順利完成或活動資訊遺失，主辦單位將不負擔任何責任或損害賠償。
（三）主辦單位保有修改、變更、暫停、中止、提前終止或取消本活動或獎項之權利，如有未盡事宜，悉依主辦單位相關規定或解釋辦理，而得隨時補充公告之；且主辦單位保留對本活動辦法（包含注意事項）隨時增加、修改、刪減及最終解釋之權利。如有任何變更將公告於活動網頁中，恕不另行通知。主辦單位對於所有活動流程擁有最終解釋權。
（四）主辦單位在法律許可範圍內，對於用戶因參與本活動而生之一切損失及損害，皆不負賠償或補償之責。
Terms of Service
This event is organized by. Participants must comply with the event rules, related regulations, and notices announced by the organizer. Any violation will be deemed forfeiture, and the organizer may cancel the participant’s event record.
By participating, users agree that if the activity cannot be completed or activity information is lost due to unpredictable factors such as network conditions, device differences, phone settings, account transfers, or other changes, the organizer shall not bear any liability or compensation.
The organizer reserves the right, within legal limits, to modify, change, suspend, terminate early, or cancel this event or its prizes. Any matters not covered shall be handled according to the organizer’s relevant rules or interpretations, and supplementary announcements may be made at any time. The organizer also reserves the rights to add, modify, delete, and make final interpretations of the event rules (including notices) at any time. Any changes will be announced on the event webpage without separate notice. The organizer holds the final interpretation of all event procedures.
To the extent permitted by law, the organizer shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by users from participation in this event, nor owe any compensation or reparation.
隱私政策個人資料告知事項
（一）本活動依個人資料保護法及相關法令之規範，蒐集、處理及利用您的個人資料，蒐集與使用您的個人資料，包含姓名、手機、 Email等，以確認活動參加者。若活動參加者不願提供相關之個人資料予主辦單位，或者請求停止蒐集、處理或利用，或者請求刪除所蒐集之個資，將視為放棄活動參與資格。
（二）個資蒐集同意說明 為維護個人資料之安全性，主辦單位謹遵循「個人資料保護法」規範，告知參加者相關權益，俾取得同意主辦單位蒐集、處理及利用所提供之個人資料：
我同意提供我的個人資料(電子郵件等)予本活動主辦單位， 且同意本活動主辦單位基於本活動作業需要、民眾健康及安全需要，在合於本活動目的之前提，提供予本活動各協辦單位或各委外協力廠商使用或處理我的個人資料。
我了解如提交本活動，視為同意主辦單位蒐集、處理及利用我的個人資料，其僅供本次活動使用，於上述目的之合理範圍內使用至目的消失為止。
我已了解依據個人資料保護法第3條規定，我可向主辦單位請求查詢或閱覽、製給複製本、補充或更正、停止蒐集/處理/利用或刪除我的個人資料。
Privacy Policy — Personal Data Notification
This event collects, processes, and uses your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and related laws and regulations. The personal data collected and used may include your name, mobile phone number, email address, etc., in order to verify participants of the event. If a participant is unwilling to provide the requested personal data to the organizer, or requests to stop the collection, processing, or use, or requests deletion of the collected personal data, such participant will be deemed to have forfeited the qualification to participate in the event.
Explanation of Consent for Personal Data Collection
To safeguard the security of personal data, the organizer strictly follows the regulations of the “Personal Data Protection Act,” informing participants of their relevant rights, in order to obtain consent to collect, process, and use the personal data provided:
I agree to provide my personal data (such as email address) to the event organizer, and I consent that the event organizer, for the purposes of event operations, public health, and safety, may provide my personal data to co-organizers or contracted third parties, in line with the objectives of this event, for use or processing. I understand that by submitting to this event, I am deemed to consent to the organizer’s collection, processing, and use of my personal data, to be used only for this event and within a reasonable scope until the objectives are fulfilled. I acknowledge that under Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act, I may request from the organizer to inquire, review, obtain a copy, supplement or correct, stop collection/processing/use, or delete my personal data.
